2013 Inductees

Alyson Belcher '85
Belcher was an outstanding Eagle diver.  In 1984 and 1985, she was a CIF Diving Champion and set the CIF diving record.  She was a four-year High School All-American and competed at the national level as an age-group diver with the LA Diving Team.  She won the U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete Award in 1985.

In 1985, Alyson was awarded the Ann Curtis Cuneo Scholarship as the top women’s swimming and diving recruit to the University of California at Berkeley, the first female diver to receive a diving scholarship.  She set Cal school records in one and three-meter women’s competition during her freshman year and  continued to hold those records through her senior year.  She also set the Cal Spieker Pool record for one-meter diving in 1986.  She was the 1986 NorPac Conference Champion on three-meter and was on the 1986 NorPac All-Conference Team.  She competed in the NCAA Zone Championships in all four years at Cal.

Justin Stark '90
An exceptional athlete, he lettered in three sports: baseball, football and wrestling.  In baseball, he was a three-year varsity Letterman.  During his junior year, he was All-League.  As a senior, he was Team Captain, Team Most Valuable Player, Bernie Milligan All-Star, and he hit eight home runs to break the single season record.

A two-year varsity Letterman in Football, Justin played both offense and defense.  He was All-League in both junior and senior years, and 1989 Defensive Team Captain.

As a wrestler, Justin was a three-year varsity Letterman.  Justin set every school wrestling record (both lifetime and season) in 1987 and 1988 for the Most Pins, Fastest Pin, Most Wins, Most Take-downs and Most Tournament Victories.  In 1988, he was a League Champion and CIF Tournament Qualifier.  In 1989, he was League Most Valuable Player, Team Captain, Team Most Valuable Player, League Champion, CIF Qualifier and Finalist (second place finish) and  Master’s Tournament Qualifier.   He beat all of the other League Champions in the 165, 175 and 191 weight classes.

Justin was offered scholarships to University of Southern California, University of California Riverside and the University of California at Berkeley.  He made the Cal baseball team as a walk-on and was a three-year Letterman and a 1992 College World Series Participant.
