Class of 2023! On Wednesday, May 24^th after graduation practice, come together to watch the “sun set” on a great four years at Chaminade. Join us for an evening of family spirit with tacos, dessert, lawn games, and a slide show.

 

If you have a graduating senior who has not picked up their Class of 2023 Lawn Sign, please remind them to do so.  The Lawn signs are available at the Alumni Office.

You need permission slip signed and receipt of payment sign up for a bus.

 

There are no refunds. You will be given your ticket when you step off the bus at Universal Studios. 

 

Arrive at Chaminade by 5:30 pm on Thursday, May 25^th to board the bus.  We will meet in the Gym. To ensure the safety of all students, the drug dogs will be on campus prior to departure. All participants are required to travel to and from Grad Bash on the busses provided by Chaminade. You must board the bus you signed up for.  No one will be allowed to change busses. You will not be allowed to leave the park for any reason once we enter.

 

You can expect to be back at Chaminade on Friday morning between 1:30-2:00am.

 

You must follow all rules and dress code guidelines which are enforced by Universal Studios.  Those not in compliance will be sent home.

 

 

 

 

 

You are representing Chaminade, so please dress accordingly. Any questions about what you can and cannot bring or wear, please see Mrs. Wilkerson or Mrs. Gunter before Grad Bash. If you arrive Thursday evening in violation of any of the above, you will have to go home and change.

STEP 1: Purchase ticket (see link below). Students with outstanding detention hours will not be able to attend. Please see the deans with questions.

STEP 2: Print or take a screen shot of your emailed receipt.

STEP 3: Complete parent permission form, which is attached to the email you received about Grad Bash. You can also find hard copies in the Student Activities office.

STEP 4: Bring your receipt and signed permission form to the Activities Office starting Tuesday, May 10^th at nutrition break or lunch to sign up for a bus. *There will be 5 busses – no bus captains. (If you do not sign up for a bus, one will be assigned to you. Deadline to purchase is Wednesday, May 10^th.
