• Auction Committee

  The auction committee will procure auction items, enter donations into the event database, bundle donated items into packages, and help display auction packages at the event.

• Basket Shop Committee

  The basket shop committee will work with the auction team to bundle donated items into packages, wrap baskets, take pictures of all baskets for event website and help with set up.

• Decoration Committee

  The decoration committee will help come up with the event's design, theme, and concept. This committee will help with set up and clean up.

• Exhibitor Committee

  The exhibitor committee will help recruit exhibitors, collect exhibitor forms, assist with check-in and check-out, and help with set up and clean up.

• Game Card Committee

  The gift card bingo committee will help collect gift cards from students, confirm the gift card’s value and input them into the auction website.

• Senior Show Committee

  The senior show committee will primarily help the day of the event with set up, clean up, and chaperoning the seniors.

• Wine Pull Committee

  The wine pull committee will secure over 100 bottles of wine valued at $25 or higher for the event, confirm the value of wine donated, prepare the bottles for the pull, and help with set up and clean up.
