Support your House Candy Collection- Now through 10/1Our houses are preparing for the Halloween Haunt event on Friday, October 10. Each house has a goal of collecting 12 Costco-sized bags of candy. Houses that reach their goal by October 1 will earn 15 bonus points. The first house to reach its goal will earn 25 bonus points.

Pumpkin Contest- Due 10/10Earn house points by participating in our Pumpkin Contest! Entries can be dropped off on Friday, October 10 between 8-8:30am in the student center. Pumpkins (real or fake, carved or painted) will be on display at the Halloween Haunt event that evening.

Halloween Haunt- 10/10Students are invited to attend our annual Halloween Haunt- an evening of food, treats, games, dancing, and Trick-or-Treating through our 8 houses. In order for us to prepare for the event, all attendees must have a
presale ticket ordered HERE before the deadline of Wednesday, October 8 at 11:59pm. No tickets will be sold at the door or after the cut-off. You will receive a receipt from FORMSTACK when your purchase has gone through. Ticket wristbands will be delivered to students in H block on Friday, 10/10.

Costume Guidelines for Halloween Haunt- 10/10 Please review the Costume Guidelines below if you plan to attend the Halloween Haunt in costume:
Keep in mind if you choose to wear Halloween costume, your costume should be: *Reflective of our philosophy: embody the teachings, values, and beliefs of the Catholic Church* Some specific guidelines that will help you when putting together your costume:

Modest in style, Fun and positive

No devils
-
Not gruesome or violent (no weapons, blood, or any object that is related to violence)

No political figures

Limited face paint to not cover the entire face, make-up, and hair color is allowed

Hats are allowed at our evening event. Masks that cover the entire face are not allowed

Socks and closed-toe/closed-back shoes must be worn
-
No mid-drift shirts, short skirts, or clothing that is inappropriate in length or cut. No fish-net stockings. Shoulders must be covered.

No pajamas, yoga pants or leggings, tank tops, swimwear, flip-flops, or shorts shorter than 3” above the knee
-
No objectification of genders
Any students violating this dress code may be asked to change or may be sent home. Students who do not wish to attend in costume should adhere to free dress guidelines for the school-sponsored event.
Halloween- 10/31Halloween falls on Friday, October 31 on an early dismissal schedule. Details for celebrating this day will be posted soon.
