  • House and Spirit Shirts for 25-26- Pre-Order by July 11

    House and Spirit Shirts for 2025-26 School Year

    It's time to pre-order House and Spirit Shirts for the 2025-26 school year! Don't miss the opportunity to order now and receive your order when we return to campus in August. Click here to pre-order by July 11, 2025. Once the pre-order window closes, remaining inventory will be available for IN PERSON PURCHASE ONLY August 11-12 at orientation (cash, check or credit card accepted) and after August 13 daily in the activities office- cash and check payable to "Chaminade" are accepted in the activities office. 

    House shirts may be worn every Monday and on special house days. There will be many times throughout the year when students may earn house points for participating in wearing their house shirts! 

    Spirit shirts may be worn on all Fridays (with the exception of Mass days). House points are randomly awarded on spirit dress days. Only the CURRENT spirit shirt is eligible for house points. Support our activities fund and your house by purchasing a new shirt each year! 

    NEW STUDENTS: You do not need to know your house to order a shirt! Select "NEW TO CHAMINADE" and we will process your order for you. All new students will receive their orders at orientation/welcome events on August 11-12. 
    RETURNING STUDENTS: Be sure to order a new spirit shirt so you can earn house points throughout the year. Our spirit shirt features a new design for each school year, created by our High School Student Council. Returning students will receive their orders in their House Advisory on August 14.

    Counseling Group Resource
    The Fulton Psychological Group is offering therapy groups in the afternoons at their clinic for children and teens to help them gain skills and confidence at home and in school.  Please see the attached flyer HERE for more information.

    Booster Store
    The Boosters Store will be closed for the summer.

    Contacting Teachers and Staff
    Email is the most efficient way to communicate with teachers and staff. School policy is for teachers and staff to respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Email addresses are as follows: first letter of the first name, last name @chaminade.org. For example, for Robert Jones, the email would be rjones@chaminade.org. Teachers are in classrooms during the day, so if you would like to talk over the phone, email to coordinate a time to talk. For counselors, administrators, and program directors, you could also call our front office at 818-363-8127 from the hours of 8:00-3:30. Our middle school teachers will not see messages sent through the family portal.  

    Cafeteria and Eagle Card
    Remember to check the balance on Eagle card accounts to make sure you have sufficient funds to purchase items in the cafeteria. Please make sure you do not have a negative balance in your lunch account. IOU’s must be repaid within 1 week.

    Carline Safety 
    Please pick up and drop off your child on our campus. When dropping off and picking up students, note that we have two locations to do so.  Those locations are nearest our gym off of Oakdale and near our upper lawn, which is nearest Devonshire.  For safety purposes, do not pick up or drop off on Oakdale or Devonshire.  Most recently, students have been attempting to cross the street.  Please note that this is not permitted and there is no crosswalk or crossing guard.  
     
    School Hours:  Monday-Friday: 7:00 am-6:00 pm
    Note that when the bell rings at 5:00 pm students need to make their way to the library in order to be picked up.

    Please note our “Live” Schoology Gradebook will be closed starting Tuesday Morning, 5/27.

    Spring semester grades will be posted on the Family Portal (Blackbaud)  Wednesday, June 4th at 4:00PM. You may check your student’s semester grades using the directions provided below

    DIRECTIONS FOR ACCESSING Spring Semester Report Cards:
    • Log in to the Family Portal (Blackbaud) and access your student
    • Choose the progress tab
    • Under performance, click Report cards and then select Semester Spring Report Card
    • You may print or download a copy if needed

  • Tech Hub

    Welcome to the Tech Hub!

    Your Tech Hub is in the 200 building across the 8th-grade lawn. We aid with all school laptop-related issues. If the problems cannot be resolved at Tech Hub, we will provide a loaner laptop while the student laptop is being repaired. Loaner laptops have all the same functionality and software as student-issued laptops.

    Students are expected to start the day with fully charged batteries and bring their Power adapters on campus. If a student forgets their laptop they can ask for a loaner laptop for the day (once per semester). The Tech Hub does not loan out chargers or styluses. The library can provide limited numbers of Battery banks and Temporary chargers that can be checked out for the day if the system needs to be charged. A loaner laptop will be provided if your laptop needs to be sent out for repairs.
