Tuition Assistance ~ Applications for 2025-26
The financial aid application for the 2025-26 school year is now available and was due on November 1.  If you feel you will need tuition assistance for the 2025-26 year and have not submitted your application, please do so immediately.  This earlier due date is designed to better align with the reenrollment period that takes place in early February.  Late requests may not be considered until after the reenrollment timeframe.

You will need to submit current paystubs in lieu of the end of year paystubs previously used.  If your 2023 taxes have already been submitted, you do not need to do this again.  All supporting documents should be loaded immediately.

Families currently receiving tuition assistance need to reapply each year.  To access the application, go to www.chaminade.org/financialaid or it can be found in the Resources section in the Parent Portal under Admissions.  You will follow the instructions for Returning Families on our webpage.  Once you are logged into FACTS, please select “Start Application”.  If you will be applying for a new student to Chaminade for 2025-26 in addition to a returning student, you will still use the Returning Family instructions and include all students on the form.  Your 2023 Federal Tax return will be needed to be considered.  You should use the same login as you have in the past for FACTS.  If you have any questions, please email financialaid@chaminade.org.

    Tuition Account
To ensure your student’s continued Chaminade enrollment, please be advised that account must be current for students to enroll in the 2025-2026 school year. • Class of 2026

    Baby Pictures
Families of seniors: the deadline for submitted baby photos and dedications has been extended one week to Sunday September 7th at midnight. This is the only deadline extension, and no photos or dedications will be accepted for inclusion in the yearbook after this time.

Please email the Aerie yearbook adviser, Mrs. Velasco, if you have questions. avelasco@chaminade.org

Dear families of the class of 2026,
The staff of the 2026 Chaminade Aerie yearbook are already hard at work to create a meaningful chronicle of the year for all students to enjoy, especially our seniors. Each year the Aerie Yearbook contains baby pictures of our graduating seniors accompanied by messages of love from their proud families to congratulate and express their love and support for their student. This space is provided as a complimentary courtesy to families. The staff of the 2026 Aerie invites you to participate in this tradition by submitting a digital file of a photograph of your student when they were a baby and a personal message to be printed in the yearbook.
To meet our printing deadline, please submit your form with your dedication message and photo file no later than FRIDAY AUGUST 29th at midnight.
This year, we are collecting baby photos and family dedications via Google Form. Click here to access the Google form. You will need to submit BOTH the photo and dedication message at the same time so please have both prepared before completing the Google Form. Model dedication messages are included below for your reference.
Due to space limitations, we can accept only one photograph and dedication message per student. We respectfully request that multi-household families collaborate to submit one photo and dedication.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR PICTURE AND DEDICATION:
    1. Go to this site to find the Google Form.
    2. Complete all questions as required.
    3. Type or copy your dedication into the dedication response field. The dedication may not exceed 300 characters, including spaces and punctuation. The form will automatically limit the length of your entry. As such, you are encouraged to draft your message in advance. Messages will be proofread and, with your permission, edited by the Aerie Adviser for clarity and mechanics (spelling, capitalization, and punctuation).
    4. Upload a high-quality color or black & white baby photo to the Google form.  You may scan or take a photograph of a printed photo if the photo is not already a high-quality digital image. We respectfully request that no nude photos be submitted for publication.
ALL PHOTOS AND DEDICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED
NO LATER THAN FRIDAY AUGUST 29th.
After that time, we will regrettably not be able to add any more baby photos or dedications to the yearbook.
We want for each senior to be included in this section so please reach out if you have questions or need support. Inquiries about this process should be sent to Mrs. Amy Velasco, Aerie Adviser, at avelasco@chaminade.org
  • Academics

    Academic Resource Program (ARP)
The Academic Resource Program for the fall semester will start on Monday, September 8th and end on Thursday, December 11th (no meetings Thanksgiving Week). Chaminade offers the supplemental support service to assist students in meeting their educational goals. Mrs. Jill Stewart is the director for ARP. Mrs. Stewart has a wealth of experience in the area of academic support and student success. Accountability measures and organizational strategies are part of the program to assist our students in reaching their academic goals. The cost of participation in this program is $625 for each day of the week selected for the entire semester. For example, a family that selects the Tuesday as well as the Thursday sessions would have their student attend ARP each Tuesday and Thursday and would pay a total of $1,250 for the entire semester.  A family opting to send their student on Monday only, would pay $625 for the program for the entire semester.  Payment may be made in installments or in full at the time of registration. This program will meet in person in the high school library. Each student in the program will be assigned an academic mentor that will work with the student throughout the fall semester.

If you have any questions about the program, please email the program director, Mrs. Jill Stewart jstewart@chaminade.org

Pay for school meals and view school menus online!

    Hello Chaminade Parents!
Chaminade and The Caterer, Inc. are excited to offer new meal service technology for our students and faculty!  The new enhancements will improve the safety and efficiency of our meal service, as well as provide increased convenience, flexibility, and nutritional & allergen information for our Chaminade families.
Within the cafeterias at both campuses, we have instituted a new “no touch” cashless point of sale system, enabling safer and faster meal services for our students and faculty.
Aside from the improvements within the cafeteria, the new food service system will utilize the online and mobile applications for MySchoolBucks and MealViewer.  With MySchoolBucks, parents, students and faculty can both add money to meal accounts.  To help ensure the health and safety of all our students and staff, MySchoolBucks will help minimize the amount of cash/check deposits that need to be handled throughout the day as well as expedite the delivery of our meal service, which allows us to focus on keeping our students safe.
MealViewer is another online and mobile platform that allows parents, students, and faculty the opportunity to view daily menus, as well as the nutritional and allergen information of our meals.
The Lopez Family, The Caterer, Inc., has been providing food services for Chaminade High School and Chaminade Middle School for over 30 years. We are a family run operation comprised of Sid, Sue, and Scott Lopez (executive chef), as well as a full kitchen staff at each location. Having raised five children of our own, we treat the students like our family, with respect and compassion every day. Our staff is an extension of our family and truly share our commitment to give the best possible food and service to your children.
The Caterer strives to prepare, present, and promote healthy and delicious food that stimulates the eye as well as the palate. Our pledge is integrity, customer satisfaction, and a commitment to excellence. We deliver top-quality service and high-quality food on every level with consistent professionalism and a “customer first” attitude.
