Back in 2017, the Chaminade Board of Directors and Administration embarked on a strategic planning process. As part of the planning process, input was gathered from across the school community. The result was the development and completion of the 2017-2024 Strategic Plan and a Two-Campus Master Plan approved by the Board in 2018.

Phase I of the Two-Campus Master Plan focuses on transforming the campuses by modernizing 1960s structures through strategic replacement and renovation, providing new and enhanced campus facilities, and improving the safety and security on both campuses by creating more restrictive access to student areas.
Some safety and security improvements began in Summer 2022. Chaminade is also working to rezone and obtain permits to move ahead with the groundbreaking slated for Summer 2025.
