COVID-19 Testing Platform and Submission of Vaccination Cards
COVID-19 Testing with Heluna Health
Heluna Health will provide free rapid antigen testing on campus. The advantages of this testing program include: 1) results are available within 15 minutes, allowing us to quickly identify students who are infected, notify their families, and send them home to prevent transmission on campus; 2) increased testing capacity; and 3) families do not need to provide personal insurance or pay for testing.
With this testing program, only unvaccinated students will be required to test each week – either on campus or at a health clinic. Vaccinated students may also elect to be tested on campus.
- To test on campus, register and create a profile for your student in the “Primary Health” platform using this link. Student test results will be sent to the email and phone number provided during registration. If you encounter technical difficulties while registering, please contact “Primary Health” at (562) 222-7795.
- If you prefer to make arrangements for weekly testing at a health clinic – home tests are acceptable – please send your student’s test results to either MSTesting@chaminade.org (for middle school students) or HSTesting@chaminade.org (for high school students). Results must be received each week by Wednesday at 3:00 pm.
All students, regardless of their vaccination status, may be subject to testing for certain activities, such as trips to off-campus venues for retreats, field trips, and other overnight trips, as well as athletic and other competitions.
