Time Well Spent
Faculty and staff enjoy generous time off to recharge during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter breaks, plus eight additional holiday closures. Eligible full- and part-time employees also receive vacation, sick, and personal time.
Health Matters
Chaminade provides medical coverage through Blue Shield and Kaiser with a funded MERP to minimize out-of-pocket costs, plus dental (Delta Dental), vision (Blue Shield/Kaiser), and life and AD&D insurance.
Plan Ahead
Eligible employees participating in our 403(b) plan receive a 2% match effective day-1 , plus a year-end discretionary match averaging 4%. That’s about a 6% investment in your retirement annually, with a 5-year vesting period on matching contribution.

Two Campuses. One Vision.
Chaminade’s two campuses are located just seven miles apart in the San Fernando Valley. Both are nestled in welcoming suburban neighborhoods and feature modern facilities that support high-quality learning, athletics, and arts.
We’re also investing in the future with an expansion at the middle school with a new Media and Innovation Center and STEM lab, and a new state-of-the-art athletics facility at the high school, breaking ground soon.
