The Chaminade Eagle Card
Chaminade’s web site provides important information for you and your student about the use of Chaminade ID card, the Eagle Card. The Eagle Card ID is required for campus security and is essential to your student’s life at Chaminade.
The Eagle Card also functions as the student payment method for the cafeteria and student store. The card maintains two separate accounts for your student, Eagle Cash and Cafeteria Cash. Eagle Cash, a prepaid spending account, provides your student a convenient and secure way to make cashless purchases on campus via the card at all locations accepting the card on campus, including the cafeteria.
Should you wish to restrict the student’s spending only to meals in the cafeteria, monies deposited to the Cafeteria Cash account, will limit the card’s use to purchase meals in the cafeteria.
We estimate Cafeteria expenses per semester at approximately $540, based upon purchasing the daily lunch specials.
Please use the quick link below to register your student’s card and create a new Username and Password for you, as the responsible party, in order to access your student’s account and make deposits in the new system. Also, the email address should be yours, not your student’s, to receive correspondence and deposit confirmations.
Please remember that the CUSTOMER for the account is your student. Do not use the alpha characters from the student ID card; use ONLY the numeric ID number.
All balances, historical activity and statements will be available through the system.
If you have any questions, please refer to the Eagle Card FAQ or contact Trish Lyons or Don Wilson at (818) 366-9284.
