Gift Acceptance Policy
All Donations to Chaminade are tax deductible
Chaminade College Preparatory welcomes donations of computer related equipment and software. These donations enable our school to continue offering quality education to our students and productivity tools to our faculty and staff.
In order for a donation to be accepted, it needs to meet the minimum technology requirements of our organization as outlined below:
Hardware
CPUs Pentium IV or above
AMD XP 2000 or aboveLaptops Pentium III or above
AMD 1.5Ghz or aboveMemory 256MB or above Computer monitors Any 15" LCD Monitor or above Hard drives 40 Gigabyte or above Printers Color or B&W Laser printers
Please make sure that all donated hardware is in good working condition and all accompanying documentation is provided.
Software
All donated software must be submitted with complete technical and legal documentation. A letter indicating licensing transfer to Chaminade is necessary.
