The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke

The book I read was called The Thief Lord.  The Thief Lord is about a group of orphans or kids who ran away that live off of stealing.  Two of the group members, Prosper and Bo, have an aunt and an uncle that are looking for them.  Scipio, The thief lord, asks Prosper to cash in some treasure he stole.  While in the shop, Prosper gets a message from Barbarossa, the shop keeper, for a job for Scipio from a mysterious character.  Soon, the detective that was hired to get Prosper and Bo is getting closer and closer to catching them.  As Scipio's mysterious job gets clearer, a secret of his is getting revealed.  To find out what happens, read The Thief Lord.  This book was a really good book.  It has a lot of suspense in it and a lot of action.  If you are looking for a good book to read, The Thief Lord should be next.
