Angus, Thongs and Full-frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison

Angus, thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging is a great book.  This book is about the confessions of Georgia Nicolson.  It is like going into a teenager’s mind and thoughts.  Georgia has a very loving family that is very busy all the time.  Sometimes, her little sister, Libby sleeps with her.  She lives in London, and she is fourteen-years-old.  Georgia has a mixed-breed cat, the size of a small Labrador, only mad.  Like all teenagers Georgia wants to be in fashion, wear makeup, and have a boyfriend.  For example, while trying to be “in fashion”, Georgia by accident shaved off her eyebrows during the summer.  But what she really wants is to have a boyfriend, and she cannot wait to experience her first kiss.  One day Georgia meets Robbie an eighteen-year-old who works at a market place, and she fell in love with him, and started calling him the “sex god”.  The bad part was that he was dating another girl, Lindsey.  Lindsey was older and mean to Georgia, so one day Georgia and her best friend, Jas spied on Lindsey.  Georgia told Robbie that Lindsey wears an engagement ring at school and says she is engaged to Robbie, and then Lindsey would take it off when she meets Robbie.  Robbie eventually dumped Lindsey.  Robbie and Georgia started kissing each other, but Robbie said he was attracted to Georgia a lot, but could not date her because she was to young for him.  Georgia did a lot of things to finally convince Robbie that she was old enough to date him.  Will Georgia and Robbie start to date and will it be what she expected?

Angus, thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging was a very funny book and I really enjoyed reading it.  This is a very highly read and recommend book.  If you have read Angus, thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging you have to read the other three sequels to this book.  Aren’t you at least a little bit curious what is going to happen to Georgia and Robbie?
